Working principle of pressure water tank
The rising water level compresses the air in the upper space, while the water pressure in the entire water supply pipeline gradually increases. When the pressure reaches (30~40) x104Pa, the pressure pipe acts on the pressure relay, powering off the motor and stopping the water pump. With the consumption of water, the water level in the pressure water tank drops. When the pressure drops to (15-20) x104Pa, the pressure relay switches on the circuit again, the motor operates, and the water pump starts supplying water again. This solves the contradiction between the change in water consumption and the continuous operation of the water pump, which can save electricity. The air valve is used to inflate the pressure water tank to compensate for losses caused by air leakage or absorption by water. However, because compressed air may contain a small amount of oil, compressed air pipes are generally not connected in drinking water pressure tanks. The pressure water tank water supply equipment is light in weight and occupies a small area. It can be installed at any lower position, and can be automatically controlled to save electricity.
Scope of application of pressure water tank
The pressure water tank is suitable for the water supply system of most modern medium and small passenger ships, cargo ships, and drilling platforms with domestic fresh water and sanitary water pipelines.
Operation method of pressure water tank
Flush and check the operation of the water level gauge: Close the vent valve and open the flush valve to flush the water supply pipe. Then close the water valve;
Open the air valve, flush the vent pipe, and then close the flush valve and open the water valve. If they are all smooth, it indicates that they are normal. Otherwise, repair them;
Inflation operation of pressure water tank: Manually control and start the water pump to pump water into the water tank. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the pump stops working and closes the stop valve 4 to stop water supply;
Check and adjust the air pressure so that it is slightly higher than the water tank pressure by 0.1MPa. Open the inflation valve to inflate the pressure water tank;
Open the relief valve at the lower part of the pressure water tank to drain the excess water in the tank. When the pressure in the tank reaches the upper limit and the water level also reaches about the height of the tank, close the relief valve and the inflation valve, and the inflation is completed;
If there is too much inflation, open the vent valve on the pressure cabinet to release excess air. At the same time, manually start the water pump to pump water into the cabinet. When the water level reaches the high level of the cabinet and the water pressure reaches the upper limit, stop the pump and close the vent valve.
